Using a hot-spring cure as their excuse, Kazuma and company arrive in the resort town of Alcanretia, only to find it is the sacred stronghold of the wildly obnoxious Axis cult. Instead of relaxing, the party is worn down by relentless recruiting and Aqua's antics. Then an unsettling rumor spreads: the town's famous hot springs have been poisoned by someone.
