Shinobu appears to load her entire body with a massive overdose of wisteria poison and lets Doma devour her, injecting the toxin from within in a suicidal ploy. Doma's regeneration breaks down the poison and Shinobu falls, but her will passes to Kanao and Inosuke, who charge in as the seeds of poison she planted begin to eat away at the demon. Meanwhile Zenitsu's bond with Kaigaku hardens into a fated duel over the Thunder Breathing they once shared.
