One by one, comrades whose bodies have been stolen by elves rally to Licht, and the Royal Knights led by Asta find themselves helpless against the overwhelming odds. Amid the chaos, Yuno appears before the fleeing Asta, but a terrifying change has taken hold of him too. Across the kingdom rages the vengeance of the elves, a people betrayed by humans five hundred years ago, and that fury now reaches even Hage, the remote village where Asta and Yuno grew up.
